Bakery hours for July 30-August 2nd‍

THURSDAY & FRIDAY open 8:30 am to 1 pm

SATURDAY & SUNDAY open 9:00 am- 1 pm, noon

NOTES: Only limited quantities (25-30%) of breads are made available for pre-ordering online. These are meant for those customers that can not make it to the bakery within the first hour of opening. Otherwise, the majority of breads will be available for walk-ins on a first come, first serve basis.

Friday Baguettes will be available close to 9 am. So please plan to come in at or after 9 am when they become available to purchase. During the opening hour, our front of house staff will NOT be able to reserve baked items that are not yet available at that time.

BREAD: Liberty Sourdough

Seeded Sourdough Sandwich Loaf- contains wholegrains and seeds. A tender chewy, crumb (vegan).

PASTRIES: Swedish Cinnamon Buns; Plain Croissant; Pain au Chocolat

‍SCONE: Blueberry Cornmeal, Peach Raspberry, Cheddar Chive

Cookie: Chocolate Chip Oat (wholegrain);

Whiskey Rye Chocolate Chunk

FRIDAY BREADS: Cinnamon Raisin Loaf; Polenta Bread, Baguettes (ready at 9 am)

SATURDAY BREADS: Liberty Sourdough; Lemon Rosemary Sourdough; Focaccia

SUNDAY BREADS: Country Sourdough; Table Loaf (wholegrain sourdough); Ciabatta

Plus: house-made granola, sourdough croutons, overnight oats, Greek yoghurt parfait
